Stacked Dining Chairs: Space‑efficient seating solutions — meet general furniture stability requirements. Surface coating lead ≤90 ppm (16 CFR 1303). If chairs are intended for children (12 & under), they must comply with 16 CFR Part 1232 / ASTM F2613-19 and be accompanied by a CPC.

Upholstered Chairs (if applicable): Comply with 16 CFR Part 1640 federal flammability standard, bearing the permanent label: “Complies with U.S. CPSC requirements for upholstered furniture flammability.” Meet FTC Textile Labeling Act (16 CFR 303) and Care Labeling Rule (16 CFR 423) , with GCC available.
All our products meet or exceed U.S. safety standards (CPSC, ASTM, CARB, FTC) and include clear assembly and care instructions. For children‘s folding chairs, ensure compliance with ASTM F2613-19 and a valid CPC. For all folding furniture, verify locking mechanisms are secure before each use. Your safety is our priority.
