2. User Responsibilities & Safety

For Foldable Dining Tables (General Furniture Stability):

  • Read and follow all assembly and use instructions carefully. Improper assembly can cause instability or injury.

  • Ensure folding/locking mechanisms are fully engaged before each use.

  • Place on level, stable surface.

  • Do not exceed weight limits (check product specs).

  • Not subject to CPSC‘s CSU anti‑tip requirements (16 CFR 1261 / ASTM F2057‑23), but general stability applies.

For Stacked Dining Chairs (General Furniture Stability):

  • Follow assembly instructions if required.

  • Place on level, stable surface.

  • Do not stack beyond recommended height.

  • Do not exceed weight limits.

  • Do not stand or climb on chairs.

  • For chairs without locking mechanisms, ensure hinge gaps meet safety requirements (≥1/2 inch). For children’s folding chairs, refer to CPC requirements.

For All Products:

  • Keep small parts (hardware) away from children under 3 (choking hazard per 16 CFR § 1500.19).

  • If your product includes folding chairs intended for the children‘s market (ages 12 and under), you must comply with 16 CFR Part 1232 / ASTM F2613-19 and provide a CPC.
