Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

  • Foldable dining tables / stacked chairs: Processing 3‑7 business days.

  • Upholstered furniture (if applicable): Processing times may vary.

  • Orders processed Monday–Friday (excluding holidays).

2. Shipping Destinations & Carriers
Contiguous US only. Carriers:

  • Larger items (foldable dining tables, multiple chair sets): Freight carriers (LTL)

  • Smaller items (single chairs): USPS, UPS, FedEx

3. Shipping Costs & Delivery Times

  • Costs: Calculated at checkout. Free shipping on qualifying orders.

  • Times: Larger items: 7‑20 business days; smaller items: 5‑10 business days. Estimates, not guarantees.

4. Freight Delivery Process (Larger Items)

  • Carrier will contact you to schedule a 4‑hour delivery window.

  • Standard delivery is curbside or threshold — driver will not bring inside.

  • Inspect before driver leaves — note any visible damage on delivery receipt.

5. White Glove Delivery
Available for larger items at additional fee. Includes delivery to room of choice, unpacking, basic assembly, and packaging removal (where offered).

6. Packaging

  • Foldable tables / stacked chairs: Flat‑pack boxes with corner protectors, foam padding; hardware packed separately.

  • Upholstered chairs: May be compressed for shipping; permanent flammability label visible where applicable.

7. Damage Claims

  • Visible damage: Noted on delivery receipt — contact us immediately.

  • Concealed damage: Contact us within 48 hours with photos of damage and packaging. Keep all packaging.

8. Order Changes
Cancel/modify within 24 hours. Orders shipped cannot be canceled.
